4.5 pnlwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages. Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed prior to processing.

12.1 pnlwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at pnlwin's sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in your account after deduction of any amounts owed to pnlwin will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

13.4 Disputes relating to the regulatory compliance of pnlwin's operations may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.
